Agentic Systems at Scale
Autonomous workflows that reason, act, and orchestrate across enterprise systems.
13+ years across AI, statistics, and technology. Data Scientist Director at JP Morgan — now building agentic systems at scale on cloud platforms, with a focus on business impact.
01 / The short version
Over 13 years applying AI and statistical methods to hard business problems — from liquidity models and surveillance to the agentic systems I build today. The goal is never the model itself. It’s the outcome it unlocks.
At JP Morgan I work across Communication Surveillance, Controls, Lending, and Operations — deploying language models, statistical models, and autonomous agents on cloud platforms built for production scale.
Autonomous workflows that reason, act, and orchestrate across enterprise systems.
Training and deploying LLMs and classical models — 13+ years in the craft.
Leveraging cloud platforms for deployment and scale. Solving problems that matter.
02 / Career chapters
Each role sharpened a different edge — infrastructure, modeling, then AI at scale.
Data Scientist Director
Building agentic systems at scale across Surveillance, Controls, Lending, and Operations — deployed on cloud platforms, trained on language and statistical models, and measured by the business problems they solve.
Corporate Treasury & GSS Strats
Modeled HQLA movements across the entire securities business. Optimized intercompany strategies for Euro dividends and JPY balance sheets. Built projection engines for regulatory lock-up — less volatility, tighter buffers, clearer decisions.
Financial Reporting · Summer Analyst ’12
Where it all started — ETL through Java and Informatica, ledger reconciliations, regulatory reporting automation. Rebuilt DBMS architecture and cut pipeline runtime from 8 hours to 2.5. Earned the full-time offer from the internship.
